The Little Rock Chamber of Commerce toured New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, to get ideas for Little Rock industry. Visible is a group of buildings that includes Warehouse Sales, with bushes and palm trees growing out of rock garden in the middle of Canal Street.
